Stillness as Teacher.
The ancient yogis would say, in their own way, that the way to walk through life is to be “actively calm and calmly active”.
This approach connects us to the profound and meaningful stillness where the one thing that cannot exist is FEAR. When we are connected to stillness, even amidst life’s inevitable movement (and yoga’s inevitable flow), we are connected to Source (however you relate to or name the nameless, functionless source of the entire universe). And when we are connected to this divine, universal thread we trust more easily and the vision we have for our lives becomes clearer, more apparent and in alignment with who we are (and what we inevitably came to this planet to do.)
