As the moon begins to wane, we turn toward release. This class is an invitation to lay down what no longer serves—old stories, outdated beliefs, or anything weighing heavy on your heart. Expect long holds, deep exhales, and a little tough love.
Remember, the classes are by donation... and I am always in all ways open to you coming and offering whatever you are able... never letting the sense of not having something to "give" get in the way of your receiving the nectar of these practices.
