As the days grow darker, we gather to honor the light within each of us. This Yoga Church practice is a celebration of the inner spark that keeps us grounded and joyful, even in the depths of winter. Through heart-opening postures, meditative breathwork, and mindful movement, Britt will help you connect to your inner light, ready to carry it forward through the season.
Remember, the classes are by donation... and I am always in all ways open to you coming and offering whatever you are able... never letting the sense of not having something to "give" get in the way of your receiving the nectar of these practices. And.... you can donate nada, $15, $30, $108... your choice always -- no judgment.... THEN... the class is yours forever... living on in the Yoga Church membership portal.... and for tomorrow, or the next day... or any other day you want to return to a creamy, juicy, rich and robust, magnetic practice... you'll know exactly where to find it.
