Britt will lead you through a reflective practice that invites you to connect deeply with your body and mind, setting the tone for the year ahead. Through breath, movement, and meditation, we’ll create a foundation for growth, healing, and transformation in 2025.

Remember, the classes are by donation... and I am always in all ways open to you coming and offering whatever you are able... never letting the sense of not having something to "give" get in the way of your receiving the nectar of these practices. And.... you can donate nada, $15, $30, $108... your choice always -- no judgment.... THEN... the class is yours forever... living on in the Yoga Church membership portal.... and for tomorrow, or the next day... or any other day you want to return to a creamy, juicy, rich and robust, magnetic practice... you'll know exactly where to find it.
