This is a full moon yoga practice, and we will be focusing our energy on the 'pull of the moon; and the ways in which she comes to us.... draws us forward and reminds us of the juicy, creamy, soothing, magnetic nature of the full moon....

Remember, the classes are by donation... and I am always in all ways open to you coming and offering whatever you are able... never letting the sense of not having something to "give" get in the way of your receiving the nectar of these practices.
