Through intentional movement, breathwork, and reflection, we’ll open the heart, soften the edges, and expand our capacity to give and receive love. This practice will leave you feeling connected to the universal energy of love and inspired to carry that devotion into your daily life.

Remember, the classes are by donation... and I am always in all ways open to you coming and offering whatever you are able... never letting the sense of not having something to "give" get in the way of your receiving the nectar of these practices.
